GISELLE CHIEN (Videographer - Movie)

Shiyen Giselle Chien is an interdisciplinary artist using film, video, ready-made imagery and manipulations to examine the existing world in her own lens. Chien received her degree from Strategic Design and Management, Parsons School of Design in 2019. Her work has been screened at Anthology Film Archives on July 17th, 2019. She currently lives and works in New York City.

Chien documented the atmosphere and backside of the latest look book shooting in 2019 alongside Chris Maggio and Mitch McGuire. She challenged to encapsulate the humor of money vibes with digital noise and glitch texture as seen on today’s internet alphanumeric transaction through her film.
